The pocket schedule of conference activities is designed to fit behind attendee badges.  Get the attention of conference attendees every time they check their schedule by sponsoring the pocket schedule.  Your logo will appear in the upper-right-hand corner of the pocket schedule.  Deadline for artwork is April 13.

Refreshment Break

Conference attendees are offered morning and afternoon breaks each day.  Sponsor a refreshment break and receive an area in which to display your company brochure and product information (sponsor-provided handouts).  These high-traffic areas will also include signage recognizing your sponsorship.

Hotel Key Advertisement

Promote your company from check-in until check-out by sponsoring keys of the conference hotel.  You are guaranteed to have attendees holding your company logo in the palm of their hands.  Deadline for artwork is April 13

Conference Banner

Placed in high-traffic public areas of the conference, these banners are a great way to promote your company.  These retractable banners can be placed anywhere in the conference facility to increase visibility and at the end of the event, they are returned to you for future use.  Deadline for artwork is April 13

Codes Forum Education Luncheon

Conference attendees will enjoy a fantastic sit down lunch on Sunday, May 20. Be the centerpiece of the table by sponsoring one of three conference lunches. Have your company name and logo highlighted at each lunch with signage at the main entrance and on each table.

Conference Bags

Distributed to attendees at registration, conference bags is a great way to promote your company.  (Sponsor to supply 1,200 bags to be distributed)

Cyber Café    SOLD

The ICC Cyber Café is a popular area of Codes Forum where attendees get free access to the Internets so they can check e-mail.  Promote your company by having your logo displayed on signs located in the Cyber Café Area.
